Advisory services are a fee-based method for acquiring specialty expertise and advice regarding matters of risk modeling and decision analysis, including forecasting, simulation, optimization, stochastics, statistics, programming, training, and presentation support. I work with clients around the world, both on-site and remotely. Advisory services are delivered under retainer agreement on either a short-term or long-term basis, often as an augmentation resource or temporary hire in support of internal or external consulting projects and other requirements.
